David was born and bred in Tarporley when his family moved to the village in the late 1960s hence the village and surrounding areas are very important to him. David has been selling property locally since 1986 and founded Cheshire Lamont in 2001. He has vast local experience in all levels of the market and is as comfortable selling a terraced cottage as he is a large country home.
Originally from the Chester area, Anna lived and worked in South East Asia for 12 years. She returned to Cheshire to raise her family and ran her own business before joining Cheshire Lamont in 2015. Having lived in the Tarporley area for the past 13 years she now manages the Tarporley Office and enjoys supporting clients achieve the sale of their home.
Sam achieved her MA in Fine Art at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2015. Returning to the local area she worked in sales and customer service for an international bank before joining Cheshire Lamont in 2016. She enjoys being a part of our clients journey from first point of contact through to completion.
Bear resides in the comfy bed in the Tarporley office, having been raised in a kitchen near an AGA and educated at the London School of Woofanomics. A canine for 3 years, Bear has gained extensive regional and local knowledge, and brings a wealth of experience in advising on the chewing of slippers and eating of socks.
Bill, an estate agent for 30 years, gained a board position within a national organisation and subsequently spent fourteen years within a large independent practice working in Chester, North Wales, North Shropshire and Staffordshire. With extensive regional and local knowledge, Bill brings a wealth of experience in advising on the sale of individual properties.
Vivienne has a wealth of experience with 20 years in the business working in sales and lettings locally, responsibility of managing the Nantwich Office and supporting clients. Aiming to make the moving experience as easy, convenient and as stress free as possible. Has excellent negotiation and customer service skills and has the ability to forge strong relationships. Thoroughly committed to working hard to achieve results.
Jen has been working locally in sales and up until recently has been managing a successful lettings team. Elaine has lived in Nantwich for a number of years, which gives her valuable local knowledge of the town and surrounding areas. Along with her previous experience of Customer Services Manager, she is able to bring these customer service skills to her role at Cheshire Lamont, to ensure the smooth transition with your new purchase or sale.
Alex has 30 years’ experience in residential sales and lettings. He started his career in London as an estate agent with a large, established chain of property specialists. Formerly a Director of local firm, Temples for 11 years, Alex is now head of the Residential Lettings and Investment portfolio, he is responsible for the performance and growth of the business across the Cheshire Lamont Group.
Nadine oversees the day to day running of the office, as well as coordinating and undertaking administration associated with the business. Her job requires a vast understanding of current property legislation as well as extensive market knowledge. Nadine works with passion and dedication to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
Emma joined our office in October 2017 as a Lettings Negotiator, having previously worked in Nantwich and surrounding areas. As a Lettings Negotiator, Emma qualifies our leads, conducts our viewings and negotiates new tenancies. She manages the successful letting of property from initial setup and marketing presentation to the tenant moving in.
Emma prides herself on an extensive knowledge of the market alongside a positive attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
Abi plays a pivotal role within the business ensuring all landlords, and contractors are paid promptly. Abi is responsible for day to day financial needs of the business and works closely with the team to ensure deposit release and account reconciliation are a top priority.
Sarah has experience of working in Residential Lettings in the Crewe area prior to working for Cheshire Lamont. She prides herself on providing a high standard of customer service to landlords and tenants alike. Sarah liaises between tenants, contractors and landlords to ensure that necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner. Compliance with legislative safety guidelines is of the utmost importance.
