The Lamont name has been associated with the sale of property from Hospital Street, Nantwich for many years; the Company was originally founded in 1967 by Andrew Lamont.

In 2001 David Cheshire joined Neil Lamont in partnership and brought his name to the Company having previously worked with Neil and his Father (Andrew) from
1989 – 1993.

Neil specialises in development opportunities and commercial property (Lamont Commercial) whereas David has expanded the residential side of the Company from a strong base in South Cheshire further afield into Mid Cheshire, North Staffordshire and Shropshire, selling a varied portfolio of property from Grade II listed country houses to contemporary 2 bedroomed town centre apartments.
